      <image:title>Home - DACA</image:title>
<image:caption>The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program allows undocumented immigrants who were brought to the U.S. as children to remain here if they meet certain criteria. With DACA permits, they can work, go to school, and serve their country without fear of deportation. Despite the success of the program since its launch in 2012, President Trump ordered DACA to stop accepting new applications in September 2017 and left it to Congress to adopt legislation to permanently protect DACA recipients. Because Congress has failed to pass legislation to protect DACA, nearly 700,000 DACA recipients who have grown up in the U.S. now risk losing the only home they know. Keeping DACA in place for the young people who rely on the program is more than just the right thing to do. DACA is also critical to foster economic growth and protect public health during the COVID-19 crisis.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - HEALTHCARE</image:title>
<image:caption>It is now more important than ever to ensure Americans have access to quality healthcare. We believe healthcare is a fundamental right for people of all backgrounds, regardless of socioeconomic statuses and pre-existing conditions. We will fight to protect the progress made by the Affordable Care Act and support policies that will expand coverage and lower healthcare costs.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - CREATING JOBS</image:title>
<image:caption>We work to advance policies that will create more jobs and provide working-class families the higher wages they deserve. Unfortunately, the coronavirus pandemic has increased the number of families struggling to put food on the table. And states across the country are hitting records numbers as Americans continue to file for unemployment. As we overcome this pandemic, it is crucial to invest in our local communities and encourage new opportunities. Investing in renewable energy will create more jobs while at the same time, keeping our communities clean and healthy to live for generations to come.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - UNIVERSAL CONNECTIVITY</image:title>
<image:caption>The last few years have reflected just how important high-speed internet is for today’s world. Whether it be for online learning, telehealth services, or access to the increasingly digitized economy - all Americans deserve the ability to connect. We are fighting to advance policies that dismantle the barriers to connectivity that marginalized communities have faced for far too long, including the broadband affordability gap and disparities in access to broadband infrastructure.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - SUPPORTING SMALL BUSINESSES</image:title>
<image:caption>Small businesses are the backbone of local communities, and we are fighting for policies that will allow them to expand and grow. For example, we oppose burdensome new regulations on peer-to-peer payment systems that will raise costs on small businesses and take away tools that reduce barriers to entrepreneurship. Peer-to-peer payment platforms are a convenient, fast, and oftentimes, free way to receive and send money. Many small business owners rely on peer-to-peer payment services to conduct their businesses. Instead of having to handle cash or pay fees to accept credit cards, these businesses use services to get paid without having to invest in a costly checkout terminal or point-of-sale system. As leaders debate policies that impact peer-to-peer payment services, we are urging them to consider the impact of policies on small businesses and the communities they support.</image:caption>

<image:title>United for a Brighter Tomorrow - Supporting Deals to Strengthen Competition</image:title>
<image:caption>Improving competition in the marketplace leads to better service and more affordable options for consumers. That's why it is critical that lawmakers approve the Charter - Cox deal. The deal expands access to low-income internet programs, invests in quality jobs with higher wages, and strengthens consumer protections. Most importantly, it creates a company with the scale to effectively challenge the dominance of national telecommunications giants, which benefits all Americans through increased competitive pressure. For communities where affordable, reliable connectivity is essential to accessing opportunity, this represents a positive step forward for digital equity and consumer choice.</image:caption>
